Terms & Conditions

1. Goods purchased in error will be subject to a minimum of 25% Restocking charge.

2. Please do not return goods without proir arrangement.

3. Gas and Electrical functional parts must be fitted by a competent person to ensure the part will be covered by the Manufacturers warranty in the event of failure, it is most important that the appliance is Gas & Electrically sound proir to any installation of spare parts, with Electrical parts we have found that a fault in one part can result in the damage or failure of another and therefore would invalidate any warranty claim.

4. Special Orders will under no circumstances be accepted back for credit or refund, items sent back without prior consent and a returns number fixed to the outer packaging will be refused, and any costs will be at your expense, items that are to be returned through genuine reasons must have a returns number obtainable from one of our supervisory staff.

5. The parts we have supplied are based on the information we were given by the originator of the order and we can only assume that any loose furnature such as grill and oven fittings are of the original pattern, we will not be held responsible in the event of your appliance having none genuine furniture/fittings fitted.

6. The Manufactures of Gas Appliances have various component suppliers and items such as Thermostats, Flame supervision devices, Tap assemblies, Timers, Ignition generators etc can and do vary in appearance but are supplied as an alternative part suitable for your Appliance.

7. Certain items will not be covered by any warranty, these will be parts that can be broken by poor installation, abuse or relative to other component failure, we refer to items such as Control Knobs, Door handles, Gas fire Radiants, Ceramic and Ceramic fibre products, Electrodes, Thermocouples, manual type Spark generators, bulbs and all glass products.

8. PLEASE NOTE ALL PARTS ARE INSPECTED PRIOR TO DESPATCH.

9. Damaged good, we must be notified within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

10. We will not be held responsible if claims are not met as a result of late notification.

11. Genuine claims for faulty in warranty spares will be replaced, no credit or refunds will be issued.
