• Type of Appliance
  - cooker, fire etc

• Make of Appliance
  - Rangemaster, Kinder etc

• Model of Appliance
  - should be on a plate fixed to the appliance

• Serial Number of Appliance
  - we can help you locate this

• Colour
  - if ordering a panel

Purchasing Spare parts through the internet may be more complex than you think, it is not advisable to an end user to diagnose and order parts on their own initiative, only on the advice of a qualified gas or electrical Engineer should this be considered, other none functional parts can have variances of which you may not be aware of, so take caution when you purchase spare parts via the internet.

This is one of the main reasons we have not set up an Internet shop, we feel that because within a manufacturers range of products there are not many common parts so it it is most important that we have the make,model and Serial number of the appliance in order to supply you with correct spares.
