I would like to say a big,big thank you for your fantastic customer service. My gas engineer rang for advice when the flame in the main oven on my Rangemaster would not adjust and you diagnosed the problem was the flame failure device. I paid for the part with my credit card and it arrived the next morning. The engineer returned and fitted it and the oven works perfectly. This Rangemaster is thirteen years old and I did not hold out much hope of getting it repaired.So from Monday to Wednesday the cooker was broken and repaired! You cant better that. Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant!

My husband ordered a grill regulator from you on friday which Steve 2 said would be delivered in a few days time. We were delighted on Saturday morning when the peice arrived and my husband was able to fix our appliance by that afternoon.

After difficulty elsewhere you supplied me with a clock/timer for my 15 year old Rangemaster cooker. The clock arrived the day after I had ordered it. Whilst the connections of the clock were slightly different from the original one, this factor was pointed out to me at the time of purchase. Unfortunately the new clock (manufatured by other than yourself) did not work. My fitter discussed the matter over the phone with your staff who gave him wonderful clear advice re fitting. Despite all this the clock did not function and we were advised to return it for testing. I returned it and the very next day received a new clock free of charge which was fitted and works perfectly. I am so impressed with not only the quality of your service in sourcing the part, but also the free back up service and no quible attitude. Please give my thanks to your staff in particular Andy.

I would like to congratulate you on your customer service. I received the correct replacement of a shattered cooker lid on the date and time specified. This itself is cause for congratulation. Unfortunately, the new hinges did not match. Within a week, as promised, replacements were provided and fitted. This was more than I had hoped for. The engineer was exceptionally efficient and helpful.
